Nanette specialises in bespoke millinery and jewellery, which make her clients feel a million dollars. She trained in Fashion Design and Silversmithing at Central St Martins, London. This led to work in Paris for couture houses Ungaro and Thierry Mugler. She returned to London and worked in the costume department at the BBC, then as a freelance stylist on commercials. Her jewellery collections sold at Harvey Nichols and Fenwicks. Later she added hats to her repertoire, studied millinery at the London College of Fashion and worked for Stephen Jones and John Boyd, producing hats for Dior, Galliano, Burberry and Ascot. Nanette's one-off, often flamboyant creations for any occasion, include headpieces and fascinators. Her hats and jewellery can be dyed to match or compliment an outfit and are guaranteed to get you noticed! The pieces are colourful and dramatic, not for the shrinking violet - earrings, bracelets and necklaces sparkle with crystals, glass and exotic beads. She works from home and appointments can be made to visit her specialist workroom in idyllic bluebell woods, by phone or e-mail.
